Doodly is an online program that creates cartoon-like movies that can be totally customised to deliver your message.
This sample took about 5 minutes to put together, and a further 10 minutes to save, export, upload here, etc.
The options for character, backing track, colors, fonts, etc are extensive - all for less that $80. You can record a voice over that drops in behind the movie.
I have taken out a basic subscription. If we think it more usable, the Project can take out a more detailed subscription.
I see this as potentially useful in putting together some "alternate to face to cam" video clips that can be used fr emphasis in the website and the App.
